By accessing or using Domog Brand's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Commissions

All Domog boots are handcrafted to order. By placing a commission:

• You acknowledge production time of 4-8 weeks
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Colors may vary slightly due to natural leather characteristics

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and the Domog Brand name and logo, are the intellectual property of Domog Brand. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Domog Brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
